Sugar Facts

The maximum amount of sugar you should have everyday is 6  teaspoons of sugar. There are about three bad things that could happen to your body if you consume too much sugar, you could get a type 2 diabetes, heart and liver disease which could affect how your heart and liver work and finally it can make you obese it can make you overweighted and it is very unhealthy. There are 3 ways to avoid eating too much sugar. The first thing is don’t drink too much fizzy drink or too much juice, if you want to drink juice make sure you buy a sugar free juice, did you know an orange juice contains more sugar than a normal orange fruit. The second thing you could do to avoid eating too much sugar is by drinking lots of water. You should drink at least 8 or more glasses of water a day. Finally to avoid eating lots of sugar is just keep eating food that are sugar free!
