Science Hurumanu meaning blog post

Kia Ora readers today in this blog post I will tell you some of the meaning of this words Acidification, Deforestation, Water Vapour and Ice melt. Hope you learn some of the meaning of this words.



Acidification - The ocean acidification is a term used to describe important changes to the chemistry of the ocean. It occurs when carbon dioxide gas is absorbed  by the ocean and reacts with sea water to make acid. The action or the process of making or becoming acidic.

Deforestation - Deforestation is the permanent destruction of forests in order to make the land available for other uses.

Water Vapour - Water vapour or aqueous vapor is the gaseous phase of water .It is one state of water within the hydrosphere. Water vop can be produced from the evaporation or boiling of liquid water or from the sublimation of ice. 

Ice Melts - Melting is the process by which a substance changes from the solid phase to the liquid phase. Melting is also know as fusion.

  1. Hi Miguel this is Mj, Bro I like the way you put picture in it and I like the way you explain what you are doing. Maybe next time you could fix your images with the polar bear because it blocked some of the words. This reminds me of when I was doing my reading.
